I have been working with Kristin for three months and see her 1-3 times per week for small groups classes (2-4 people) and private instruction. As a former yoga studio manager I know an excellent instructor when I see one. Kristin is just that! She is highly skilled in her practice, intuitive to the needs of her clients, and does it all with grace and her personal touch. She exudes serenity and gives all of herself to her teaching by being flexible in scheduling, always encouraging and challenging her clients, and keeping it fun with a few jokes. What I love the most is her hands-on assists throughout the practice and her customized sessions and music selection. She is a gem!
